1. We apply whole-process quality control. All products we offer are manufactured according to Sigma Aldrich’s corresponding standards.

2. Each batch of materials from our suppliers is sampled and tested before used in production. They will not be used if they fail the tests.

3. We do routine maintenance of our production equipments to ensure the machines are in good conditions.

4.We have quality control points in every critical stage of the production process. Products at these stages are sampled and tested.

5. Each batch of final products is thoroughly tested befored they are packaged and warehoused. Batches that fail to pass the tests will be removed.

6.Samples from each batch of final products will be kept under normal storage condition for at least one year, and tested periodically as required.

7.We pay attention to customers’ complaints about the quality of our products and make quality improvements accordingly.
